Skills and Attitude:
• OO principles and design patterns
• XP development practices
• Java and C#
• Spring, Hibernate
• JSF and Backbase web toolkit
• Eclipse, Ant, CruiseControl, and similar development tools
• InstallAnywhere
• Virtualization experience: VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix/Xen and others
• Experience working in agile development and management
• Proven ability to thrive in a startup environment
• History of delivering and evolving multiple releases of a product
Other Key Assets:
• Hyper-V, SCOM, or Microsoft management suite experience
• Database or application performance, scalability, and high availability
• Service provider knowledge: Ticketing systems, service management, scripts and deployments, third party and custom integrations
• Public cloud, integration, and cloud architectures
• Enterprise and Data Center software: Performance monitoring, orchestration and run-book, capacity management, or security
Experience:
