Experience:
- > Active Directory
- > Several years of software testing, preferably on new, rapidly-evolving products
- > First-line support for technical customers (in our case these are datacenter admins)
- > Installing & configuring operating systems (Windows & Linux servers)
- > Setting-up IP networks
- > Installing & configuring VMware and Hyper-V products
- > Configuring Active Directory servers and diagnosing AD issues
- > Hands-on familiarity with virtual machines and the operations you can perform on them
- > Experience with Agile software development (Srum, XP, etc.) is an asset
- > Experience working in a corporate datacenter is also an asset
