Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of manual and automated test suites and practices to test the entire product line
• Work in a team environment to maximize customer satisfaction by helping to deliver a solid product through better testing methods and practices
• Provide customer support, including phone & email support, trouble-shooting and problem diagnosis, lab trials, and training
• Provide support to software engineers in understanding/reproducing and resolving field issues
• Software performance testing

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years QA/PV experience in a product development environment
• Knowledge of both software testing and information technology principles
• Knowledge of enterprise IT configurations (network, server and storage)
• Test experience in Windows
• Experience testing Web-based interfaces
• Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
• Analysis skills that allow you to take hi-level requirements and expand them into detailed test cases

Assets:

• Knowledge of VMware and/or other virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of test automation tools and design techniques
• Knowledge of information security and threat vectors
• Experience testing security-related technologies
