Year End Reflection: Three Things Embotics is Grateful For

2018 has been a momentous year for Embotics and there’s no doubt about it, we have a lot to be grateful for. Here's why.

We've signed a number of new customers, were named a leader in the Forrester Wave™: Hybrid Cloud Management, Q2 2018 report, and launched vCommander v7, our next-generation hybrid cloud management platform built for automation, orchestration and governance of both traditional and new microservice-based applications while facilitating DevOps.

In that light, and with the new year quickly approaching, we wanted to share a few of the things we are grateful for this year.

Our Customers

Our customers are the real motivation behind what inspires our team to come to work every day.

Here at Embotics, our goal is to provide customers with a streamlined, easy-to-install cloud management platform that is carefully optimized for rapid time-to-value when managing widely used private and public cloud environments.

For more than ten years, we’ve been dedicated to helping customers such as Nordstrom, NASA, Fanatics and Pega Systems achieve business agility, IT controls, usability, and vendor-agnostic extensive multi-cloud management capabilities.

We couldn’t be more thankful for all of our customers, and work every day to maintain the high standards they have come to recognize and expect from Embotics.

Our Milestones

This year, Embotics was recognized by Forrester Research as a leader in the Forrester Wave™: Hybrid Cloud Management, Q2 2018. We received the highest possible score in the market approach and commercial model evaluation criteria, the highest score of any vendor evaluated in support services, and the second-highest score for overall strategy. The report validates that the time, effort and resources we put into the evolution of vCommander has landed us in the best possible position to continue to support our growing customer base, and we are honored to be recognized by Forrester.

Another major milestone of 2018 was the launch of vCommander 7.

vCommander 7 delivers next-generation hybrid cloud management software built for automation, orchestration and governance of both traditional and new microservice-based applications while facilitating DevOps, bridging the gap between traditional IT concerns such as governance, compliance and policy-based management with the speed and agility needed by DevOps-based engineering teams.

As the industry’s first true CMP 2.0, vCommander 7 delivers significant DevOps enablement via customizable, modular workflows that seamlessly and bi-directionally integrate with popular CI/CD pipeline tools along with flexible Sandbox provisioning, as well as governance and policy compliance for security, network policy and configuration.

Our Team

Last but certainly not least, without our team of experts across departments, we wouldn’t be able to deliver the premier user experience and unmatched support our customers have come to expect.

Our talented group of individuals, across IT, product support and marketing, help ensure Embotics is the fastest and easiest way to automate provisioning across private/public/hybrid cloud infrastructures. Without them, vCommander wouldn’t operate as seamlessly – and that’s something to be thankful for.
